Otto Allard is a mandolin and guitar player based in Chicago Illinois. He is currently studying jazz performance with Bobby Ferrazza at Oberlin Conservatory. He has also studied with Jacob JolliffDon Stiernberg, and Jonas Friddle

Otto plays in a duo with his brother Max Allard. Otto is featured on several of Max’s recordings, including March Maxness, Rooster, and Soleil. Otto and Max were among a stellar lineup of musicians on Warren Leming's project, "A Rich Man's War and a Poor Man's Fight: Songs and Tunes Inspired by the American Civil War.” The physical CD of this project includes a 24 page booklet of history, essays, lyrics and graphics, which Otto designed.
